The 5th Arctic Countries Film Festival ARCTIC OPEN held its closing ceremony on December 12, 2021 at M.V. Lomonosov Arkhangelsk Regional Drama Theater. One of the most exciting cultural events of the past year, the ceremony lived up to the expectations largely thanks to its production team – Elena and Spartak Rezitsky (Arkhangelsk). According to their idea, the ceremony is co-hosted by two journalists — Alexander Batkov (Arkhangelsk) and Oleg Pakshin (Moscow).
