Dear friends, Let me greet the participants and organizers of the 7th Arctic Open IFF on behalf of the Russian Ministry of Culture.

It features premiere screenings, meet-the-artist session, business events, and, most importantly, ARCTIC OPEN Barrierless — the venue that brings cinematography closer to people with special needs.
