In the Far North, a young guy gets caught in a snowstorm in the ice hummocks of the Arctic Ocean. He is saved by a strange, cheerful old man in a reindeer cloak, who takes him to the North Pole, the very top of the Earth, and runs a shamanic ritual performed to save the Earth. Healed by the ritual, the guy learns that it was his great-grandfather.
