FILM SELECTION “ART BEACONS”

1915. Kazimir Malevich exhibits his Black Square, attracting the attention of Cronus, God of Time. Cronus kidnaps the artist to his kingdom. While showing him his life from rise to fall, Cronus sees that the only thing that matters to Malevich is ephemeral art. Realizing that mankind, too, can see beyond the world it lives in, Cronus finds it hard to accept people falling out of time.
